Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Parties scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to reveatsai.ca and the business services supplied by Reveats INC, doing business as RevEats AI (RevEats, we, us or our), with its business address at 1579 Quail run drive oshawa ON L1K0E1. Client, you and your refer to the business identified in the accepted order form. The Client is responsible for ensuring its authorized users comply with the agreement when using the services. Client Data means the information and materials supplied to, collected by or generated through the services for the Client, including Client Personal Information as defined in Schedule A.

Business services are contracted when an authorized representative signs an order form incorporating these Terms or affirmatively accepts them through an electronic process that clearly presents the applicable documents. Browsing our website, downloading a guide or submitting an inquiry alone does not purchase services or create payment obligations. Website visitors may use our public content subject to applicable law and the website use provisions below, without being treated as paid clients merely by visiting.

The representative accepting the agreement confirms authority to bind the Client and capacity to contract. Services are for business use. A restaurant customer who places a food order is not thereby a party to the restaurant's RevEats business agreement.

The agreement consists of the accepted order form or statement of work, these Terms and Schedules A and B. For data-processing matters, Schedule A controls unless a signed amendment expressly replaces the relevant provision. For commercial scope and pricing, the order form controls, followed by these Terms. Mandatory law always prevails. The Privacy Policy explains information practices and does not authorize uses beyond law or the agreed processing instructions.

2. Services and order forms

Available services may include inbound AI phone ordering and inquiries, outbound text and voice campaigns, social DM and web chat ordering, reservations where agreed, integrations, website development, social media management and restaurant savings reviews. Only services expressly included in the order form are purchased. Examples, demonstrations and feature descriptions do not promise that every feature is available for every system or location.

The order form specifies locations, channels, supported systems, deliverables, setup requirements, pricing, usage measurement, term and support arrangements. Material scope changes require written agreement, including associated fees and timeline changes. A demo or onboarding conversation does not replace a written service specification.

We perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Setup dates depend on timely access, accurate Client information, third-party approvals and testing. Unless an order form includes a service-level agreement, no specific uptime, response time, campaign delivery rate or implementation deadline is guaranteed.

3. Client setup and account responsibilities

The Client supplies accurate menus, prices, taxes, hours, item availability, modifiers, offers, pickup estimates, fulfillment rules and approved responses. It promptly tells us of changes, identifies an authorized decision-maker and reviews configuration before live use. The Client is responsible for its staff, premises, food preparation, fulfillment, licensing and underlying restaurant operations.

The Client provides lawful access to the systems it authorizes us to connect, follows secure credential-sharing procedures, limits access to authorized personnel and promptly reports suspected compromise. RevEats is responsible for credentials in its custody; neither party may disclose the other's secrets unnecessarily. The Client must not send passwords or payment card details through ordinary support messages.

Before launch, both parties test material ordering and routing functions appropriate to the selected service. The Client approves menu and business rules; RevEats addresses configuration defects within its scope. Launch approval does not waive later claims for failures to perform the agreement.

4. AI interactions orders and food safety

AI output may misunderstand speech, accents, menu items, quantities or instructions. The Client must maintain accurate source information and a practical fallback process for uncertainty, outages and escalations. RevEats will configure agreed confirmation and escalation rules and will not intentionally override approved restaurant instructions.

An AI acknowledgement, payment link or successful call does not by itself prove the restaurant received or accepted an order. The order form must identify the confirmation event, delivery destination and exception process. Order totals, taxes, discounts and pickup times must be confirmed through the agreed workflow. Neither party may represent an unverified integration status as a completed kitchen order.

The restaurant is the seller of food and is responsible for fulfilling orders and remains responsible for ingredients, cross-contamination controls, preparation, consumer disclosures and food safety. An AI assistant is not qualified to certify that food is allergen-free. Material allergy or uncertain dietary questions must be escalated according to the approved process. RevEats remains responsible for performing its own agreed configuration and processing obligations with reasonable care.

The Client handles food complaints, restaurant refunds and customer service concerning fulfillment. RevEats reasonably assists with relevant logs and correction of errors attributable to its services. Allocation of losses between the parties is governed by this agreement; these provisions do not remove customer rights under mandatory law.

Services are not emergency services and must not be used for emergency dispatch, medical advice or other safety-critical decisions. Telephone numbers and automation must not be represented as substitutes for emergency channels.

5. Campaign authorization and legal compliance

Each party must comply with laws applicable to its activities, including privacy, advertising, consumer protection, CASL and telecommunications rules. The Client must have lawful authority to provide contact data and instruct campaigns. RevEats remains responsible for obligations that apply to its own conduct; the Client's warranty does not transfer away RevEats' statutory duties.

Before launch, the parties must identify the sender, audience, channel, approved content, consent or other lawful basis, suppression process and applicable restrictions. The Client supplies reliable consent evidence or other supporting records and warrants that its instructions are lawful. RevEats may require substantiation and refuse, pause or limit campaigns where the evidence or instructions are inadequate.

Commercial electronic messages must include required identification and unsubscribe functions, with opt-outs processed within applicable deadlines. Consent to receive one channel does not automatically authorize another. Purchased, scraped or uploaded lists must not be used without verified lawful authority; an existing customer relationship is not unlimited permission for future promotions.

Telephone campaigns require separate review of applicable telemarketing, National Do Not Call List, internal do-not-call, caller identification, calling-hour and recordkeeping requirements. Where automated dialing or synthesized-voice solicitation rules apply, the required prior express consent must be obtained and evidenced before the call. A general business relationship or SMS permission must not be treated as sufficient by default.

The parties will allocate operational tasks in the order form and cooperate to keep suppression records effective across connected systems. The Client must not restore opted-out contacts to an active campaign. RevEats may preserve minimum suppression information to honour opt-outs after cancellation. Transactional messages must not be used to disguise promotional campaigns.

The Client approves offers, prices, eligibility and expiry dates and must honour valid advertised promotions. RevEats does not guarantee message delivery, placement, response rates, incremental revenue or that a carrier or social platform will approve a campaign.

6. Recordings privacy and data use

The parties must provide accurate AI and recording notices and obtain consent required for the particular interaction. Recording settings and retention are agreed before activation. Where a customer declines recording, the agreed alternative or termination process applies. Recording a call for service delivery is not authorization to publish it as a demonstration.

Each party will comply with the Privacy Policy to the extent applicable to its own activities, applicable law and Schedule A. The Client retains its rights in Client Data, subject to individuals' rights and third-party rights. Descriptions such as customer data ownership do not create an unrestricted right to market to individuals or ignore their choices.

RevEats may process Client Data only for the agreed services, documented lawful instructions and permitted legal or security purposes. RevEats will not use Client Personal Information to train general-purpose AI models, sell it, or use restaurant customer lists for unrelated advertising. Providers processing Client Personal Information on our behalf must follow the same restrictions. Any proposed change to these restrictions requires an express amendment to Schedule A and all legally required notices and consents before the changed processing begins.

7. Integrations payments and external providers

Integration availability depends on the relevant provider, account plan, permissions, APIs, hardware and supported features. The Client is responsible for its own third-party contracts and fees unless the order form states otherwise. RevEats is responsible for the integrations and providers it manages within the agreed scope.

External providers may change, limit or discontinue functionality. RevEats will give reasonable notice when aware of a material effect and work with the Client on an alternative. An external dependency does not excuse obligations that RevEats can reasonably perform. If a material purchased function becomes unavailable and cannot reasonably be restored or replaced, the Client may terminate the affected service and receive a prorated refund of prepaid unused fees for it.

Restaurant customer payments are handled by the designated payment provider under the agreed configuration. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the restaurant is merchant of record, receives settlement and bears payment processor fees, chargebacks and restaurant refund obligations. RevEats does not hold customer funds or guarantee settlements merely by routing a payment link. Full card data must not be collected in ordinary AI conversations.

8. Fees invoices and usage

Fees, setup charges, recurring charges, included usage, overages, pass-through costs, currency and taxes are stated in the order form. Unless otherwise stated, amounts are in Canadian dollars, exclude applicable taxes and are due 15 days after invoice. There are no additional service fees based solely on website examples or verbal estimates.

Zero commission means no percentage-of-order-value commission only where the order form expressly provides that model. It does not mean the service is free. Any fixed per-order, subscription, message, minute, integration or payment processing charge must be disclosed. A confirmed-order billing model must define the billable event and the treatment of tests, duplicates, cancellations, transfers, failed deliveries and refunds.

The Client authorizes recurring charges only through a separate valid payment authorization identifying the applicable billing arrangement. Accepting these Terms alone is not a preauthorized debit mandate. Usage records will be reasonably available to support invoices, and charges must follow the agreed measurement rules, including rounding and message segmentation where relevant.

The Client should dispute an invoice promptly, preferably within 30 days, with reasonable detail. The parties will investigate in good faith; the Client pays undisputed amounts when due. This administrative period does not extinguish rights that cannot lawfully be limited. No late interest is imposed unless a lawful rate and basis are expressly agreed in the order form.

After written notice and at least 10 days to cure overdue undisputed amounts, RevEats may suspend the affected services. We will consider active order handling and reasonably practicable continuity measures. Suspension does not justify deleting data before the agreed retention period or charging for services not supplied contrary to the agreement.

9. Term renewal and cancellation

The service start date, initial term and renewal arrangements are stated in the order form. If no term is specified, service runs month to month from the agreed service start date. Either party may end a month-to-month service on 30 days written notice. There is no automatic renewal into a new fixed term unless the accepted order form clearly states that arrangement.

A fixed-term order form must specify cancellation rights and any early termination charge. No unspecified early termination penalty applies. Charges for completed work, usage already incurred and approved non-cancellable third-party commitments remain payable. Setup and project milestones are chargeable only as agreed, including the treatment of uncompleted work.

Either party may terminate for a material breach not cured within 15 days after written notice describing the breach, or immediately if the breach cannot reasonably be cured and termination is proportionate. RevEats may immediately suspend activity reasonably believed to be unlawful, a security threat or materially harmful, with prompt explanation unless prohibited by law. RevEats will limit suspension to the affected activity where reasonably practicable.

The Client may terminate affected services if RevEats materially fails to perform and does not cure within the applicable period. Prepaid fees for services not supplied after that termination are refunded on a prorated basis. On ordinary cancellation, prepaid recurring fees covering time after the effective termination date are also refunded, excluding earned fees and approved non-refundable commitments disclosed in the order form.

10. Transition and data after termination

The parties cooperate to stop campaigns, prevent unintended order acceptance, disable credentials and route inquiries appropriately. The Client should arrange continuity for telephone numbers, websites and systems before termination. Portability of a number or asset depends on ownership, provider rules and the order form; RevEats will reasonably assist with transfers it is authorized to make.

For 30 days after termination, the Client may request an export of available Client Data in a reasonably usable format. One standard export is included; custom migration work requires a separately approved fee. Access may be restricted for security or legal reasons, but disputed fees alone do not permit unlawful withholding of personal information.

Subject to lawful holds and required retained records, RevEats will delete or return Client personal information from active systems within 60 days after termination or an earlier agreed instruction. Residual backups expire through the ordinary cycle, no later than 120 days after termination unless a documented legal requirement or agreed exception applies. Limited billing, legal and suppression records may remain for their lawful purposes with restricted access. RevEats will maintain the published retention notice and service configuration consistently with these obligations.

11. Website development social media and savings reviews

Project deliverables, revisions, approvals, accessibility or SEO work, hosting, domain ownership, account access and maintenance responsibilities are specified in the statement of work. No search ranking, follower count, advertising performance or perpetual support is implied. Advertising spend and third-party subscriptions require prior authorization.

For paid custom website or creative deliverables, the order form states ownership and licensing. Unless otherwise agreed, after full payment the Client owns the custom material created specifically for it, excluding RevEats' pre-existing tools, reusable components and third-party materials. RevEats grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and modify embedded RevEats components solely as necessary to use and maintain the paid deliverable, including through a service provider acting for the Client. This licence does not include ongoing hosted services, source code not supplied under the order form, or the right to resell reusable components separately. Third-party licences continue to apply.

Savings reviews rely on information supplied by the Client and available supplier terms. Recommendations are estimates, not guaranteed savings or legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice. The Client approves changes and remains responsible for supplier commitments. RevEats will not bind the Client to a contract, cancellation or spending commitment without express authority. Any supplier referral compensation or material conflict will be disclosed before the Client acts on the recommendation.

12. Intellectual property and permitted use

RevEats and its licensors retain rights in their software, workflows, templates, branding and pre-existing materials. During the service term, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use purchased services for its business under the agreement. The Client grants RevEats the limited rights in its menus, trademarks and other content necessary to provide those services.

The Client must not unlawfully copy or distribute website content, misuse access, introduce malware, interfere with systems, infringe others' rights, impersonate a person deceptively, send unlawful communications or use services outside agreed purposes. Restrictions do not limit rights expressly allowed by mandatory law.

The Client retains rights in its supplied materials and warrants it has authority to provide them. Neither party may publish the other's logo, identifiable customer recordings, testimonials or case-study results without separate written permission. Anonymous statistics must not be presented as verified Client results when they are illustrative.

13. Confidentiality

Confidential Information includes non-public business, technical and financial information, credentials, Client Data and information reasonably understood to be confidential. The recipient uses it only to perform or enforce the agreement, protects it with reasonable care and shares it only with people or providers who need it and are bound by appropriate confidentiality duties.

The obligation does not cover information the recipient can show was already lawfully known, independently developed, lawfully received without restriction or public without breach. Legally compelled disclosure is limited to what is required, with advance notice where legally permitted. Ordinary confidentiality obligations continue for three years after termination; trade secrets remain protected while legally secret, and personal information remains protected for as long as it is retained.

14. Warranties and limits on assurances

Each party warrants it has authority to enter the agreement. RevEats warrants that it will provide services with reasonable care and skill and materially in accordance with the accepted scope. The Client warrants the accuracy of the business information it controls and the authority and lawful basis for its materials and instructions.

The Client should promptly report a service defect with available details. RevEats will reasonably investigate and correct or reperform affected work within a reasonable period. If a material defect cannot be remedied, the Client may terminate the affected service and receive the applicable refund described above. Any additional claim is subject to the exclusions and caps in section 15, without limiting rights that mandatory law preserves.

Except for express commitments and non-excludable rights, services are not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Financial projections, examples and estimates are not guarantees. A disclaimer does not excuse a misleading statement or permit either party to ignore an express obligation.

15. Liability allocation

Important business risk allocation. This section limits the remedies available against RevEats. The Client should review it before accepting an order form. A different liability limit applies only if an authorized representative of RevEats expressly agrees to it in a signed order form or amendment that identifies this section.

Excluded losses. To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the exceptions below, RevEats is not liable to the Client for lost revenue, profits, anticipated savings, orders, business opportunities or goodwill, or for business interruption, whether characterized as direct or indirect losses. RevEats is also not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. These exclusions apply even if RevEats was advised that the loss was possible.

RevEats liability cap. Subject to the exceptions below, the combined aggregate liability of RevEats and its officers, employees, agents and subcontractors to the Client arising from or relating to the agreement is limited to the greater of CAD 100 and the service fees actually paid to RevEats for the affected services during the three months immediately preceding the first event giving rise to a claim. Taxes, restaurant customer payments, advertising spend and separately itemized third-party pass-through costs are excluded from that calculation. For free services, demonstrations or trials, the cap is CAD 100. The cap applies collectively to all related claims and cannot be multiplied by asserting different legal theories or claims against multiple protected persons.

Scope of the cap. RevEats' cap applies to claims in contract, tort, including ordinary negligence, misrepresentation other than fraud, breach of statutory duty where limitation is permitted, or otherwise. It includes claims relating to AI errors, incorrect or missed orders, service outages, integrations, confidentiality and data protection, and any indemnity expressly assumed by RevEats, unless the signed agreement expressly specifies a different cap. There is no separate or higher contractual cap for confidentiality or data protection claims. A claim arising under Schedule A is subject to this section to the extent permitted by law.

Client liability. Subject to the exceptions below, the Client's aggregate liability to RevEats is limited to the greater of CAD 1,000 and the fees paid or payable for the affected services during the 12 months before the first event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not reduce properly due fees or payment obligations, or the Client's indemnity obligations under section 16. The Client is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, except amounts recoverable under those indemnity obligations or within the exceptions below.

Exceptions and preserved rights. The exclusions and caps do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. They do not reduce an express obligation to refund prepaid unused fees under this agreement. Nothing limits an individual's non-waivable privacy or consumer rights, a regulator's powers or penalties, or legally required safeguards, reporting or notification. These Terms do not bind a restaurant customer or other third party merely because the Client accepted them.

The parties must take reasonable steps to mitigate losses and may not recover twice for the same loss. Each protection in this section operates independently to the extent lawful. The parties acknowledge that the fees reflect the allocation of business risk in this section, which survives termination. A separate signed agreement may provide additional protection at an agreed price.

16. Third party claims and indemnities

RevEats does not assume a general duty to defend or indemnify the Client. Any RevEats indemnity must be expressly stated in a separately signed order form or amendment and remains subject to section 15 unless that document expressly states otherwise. If a credible intellectual property claim materially prevents use of RevEats technology, RevEats may procure a right to continue, modify or replace the affected technology, or terminate the affected service and refund prepaid unused fees. This does not remove remedies for RevEats' breach that remain available under this agreement and applicable law.

The Client will defend and indemnify RevEats and its officers, employees and agents against third-party claims, including reasonable defence costs and finally awarded damages or approved settlements, to the extent arising from Client-supplied infringing materials, unlawful or unauthorized campaign instructions or contact lists, the Client's failure to obtain required permissions, or the Client's food preparation and fulfillment. This duty applies only to the extent caused by the Client's breach or negligent or wrongful conduct. It does not cover losses caused by RevEats' own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. Regulatory fines are included only where indemnification is legally permitted.

RevEats must promptly notify the Client of a claim, provide reasonable cooperation at the Client's cost and allow the Client reasonable control of the defence using competent counsel. Delay reduces the obligation only to the extent it causes material prejudice. The Client must not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by RevEats, imposes a non-monetary obligation on it or fails to release it fully without RevEats' written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. RevEats may participate through its own counsel at its own expense, except where a material conflict requires separate representation at the Client's reasonable expense.

17. Changes to services and agreement

Material changes to recurring fees or these Terms require at least 30 days' notice and apply prospectively. Fixed-term pricing and agreed scope do not change during the committed term without agreement, except a clearly disclosed adjustment mechanism in the order form. The Client may reject a material adverse change by terminating the affected recurring service before it takes effect without a new penalty.

Changes needed urgently for law or security may take effect sooner, with notice as soon as reasonably practicable. A material reduction in purchased functionality gives the Client the remedies provided elsewhere in the agreement. Posting revised terms alone does not retroactively amend an accepted order form. Where affirmative acceptance is required, RevEats will obtain it.

18. Disputes governing law and notices

The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through their designated contacts in good faith. Either may request escalation to a senior representative and allow 30 days for discussion before commencing proceedings, except for urgent relief, limitation deadlines or matters that cannot lawfully be delayed. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

The agreement is governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights, courts in Ontario have jurisdiction. This choice does not prevent complaints to regulators or access to a court or process required by applicable law.

Notices to RevEats must be sent to reveatsai@gmail.com and notices to the Client to its designated account email, or to another address notified in writing. A notice is effective when received; a bounced email is not delivery. Formal legal process must comply with applicable service rules. Material notices should be retained with the agreement.

19. General provisions and contact information

Neither party is liable for delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, provided it promptly notifies the other, mitigates effects and resumes performance. This does not excuse accrued payment obligations, required data safeguards or continuity steps reasonably within its control. If a material interruption continues for 30 days, either party may terminate the affected service and prepaid unused fees will be refunded.

The parties are independent contractors. No partnership, employment, franchise or general agency is created. Neither party may bind the other without express authority. Assignment requires the other party's consent, not unreasonably withheld, except to a successor to substantially all of the relevant business that assumes the agreement and maintains its protections, with notice.

If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed only as necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The agreement supersedes prior discussions concerning its subject matter; amendments must follow section 17 or be agreed in writing. Electronic signatures and counterparts may be used. Provisions intended to survive, including accrued payments, data protection, confidentiality, ownership, liability and dispute provisions, continue as applicable.

Schedule A: Data processing terms

A1 Scope and instructions

This Schedule applies when RevEats processes personal information on the Client's behalf. Client Personal Information means personal information supplied to, collected by or generated through the services for the Client. Processing lasts for the service term and the limited retention and transition periods in the agreement. Data subjects include restaurant customers, prospects with a lawful contact basis, Client staff and business contacts.

Processing may include receiving, recording where authorized, transcribing, organizing, retrieving, using, transmitting, storing, exporting and deleting contact details, conversation content, order and reservation details, preferences, consent evidence, transaction references and operational metadata. Sensitive dietary information is limited to what is necessary for an authorized request. Full payment credentials and unrelated sensitive records are outside ordinary scope.

The order form and authorized configuration are the Client's initial instructions. Additional instructions must be documented and lawful. RevEats will notify the Client if an instruction appears unlawful and may pause the affected activity pending resolution. Required legal processing outside instructions is limited to what law requires, with notice unless prohibited.

A2 Purpose limits and personnel

RevEats processes Client Personal Information only to perform the agreement or comply with law, and not for sale, unrelated advertising or general-purpose AI model training. Authorized personnel are subject to confidentiality and receive access appropriate to their duties. The Client must minimize unnecessary data and ensure the lawful basis and notices needed for its instructions.

A3 Providers and locations

The Client authorizes the processing providers identified in the provider list attached to, or expressly incorporated into, the accepted order form, for the functions and locations stated in that list. RevEats must provide that list before processing Client Personal Information. A general reference to an unavailable or unspecified provider list does not satisfy this requirement. RevEats uses written obligations appropriate to the data, purpose limits and safeguards and remains responsible for its subcontracted performance under the agreement. Client-contracted platforms are separately governed, without excusing RevEats' own integration duties.

RevEats gives at least 15 days' advance notice of a material new processing provider where practicable. The Client may raise a reasonable data-protection objection within that period. The parties will seek a workable solution; if none exists, the Client may terminate the affected service with a refund of prepaid unused fees. Urgent replacement to protect security or continuity may occur sooner with prompt notice and the same objection process. Cross-border processing must meet applicable legal requirements.

A4 Security and incidents

RevEats maintains reasonable risk-appropriate safeguards, including access restrictions, authentication controls, confidentiality obligations, secure transmission appropriate to the sensitivity and risks of the information, system maintenance, logging where appropriate and secure disposal. Any specific security standard or certification must be expressly identified and verified; this Schedule does not represent that RevEats holds a certification.

RevEats notifies the Client without undue delay after becoming aware of a breach affecting Client Personal Information. RevEats will also promptly alert the Client to a reasonably suspected incident where the available information indicates a material risk to that information. The initial notice may be supplemented as facts develop and will describe available information about the incident, affected data, likely consequences, containment and contact point. RevEats cooperates with investigation, remediation and legally required notices and preserves appropriate evidence. Notification does not depend on a final forensic report or admit liability.

Each party remains responsible for reports and notifications legally assigned to it. Coordination must not delay a mandatory notice. RevEats will not identify the Client publicly unless required by law or agreed, and will not prevent the Client from meeting its obligations.

A5 Assistance and verification

RevEats reasonably assists the Client with access, correction, consent withdrawal, deletion and complaint requests, relevant impact assessments and regulator inquiries, taking account of the service and available information. It promptly routes requests concerning Client-controlled information unless legally required to respond directly. No instruction may require an unlawful refusal.

On reasonable request, RevEats supplies available information demonstrating compliance with this Schedule. Where necessary and proportionate, the parties may arrange a confidential review or audit on reasonable notice, ordinarily no more than once annually unless an incident or regulator requires more. Reviews must protect other clients' information and system security. Ordinary evidence is provided without extra charge; substantial bespoke assistance may incur a pre-agreed reasonable fee, except to remedy RevEats' breach.

A6 Return and deletion of data and continuing protection

Return, export, deletion, backup expiry and limited legal retention follow section 10 and any stricter lawful instructions agreed in the order form. Retained information stays protected and is not repurposed. On request, RevEats provides reasonable confirmation of completed deletion, identifying permitted residual categories and their disposal criteria. This Schedule survives for as long as RevEats holds Client Personal Information.

Schedule B: Order form requirements

Before paid services are activated, the parties must complete and accept an order form containing the applicable details below. This Schedule describes the required contents and is not itself a completed purchase order.

  • Client identity and authority: legal business name, trade name, address, authorized representative and notice email.
  • Service scope: restaurant locations, purchased features, channels, supported integrations, number ownership, custom deliverables and exclusions.
  • Launch and support: responsibilities, test criteria, approval process, service start date, support contact and hours, escalation route and any service levels.
  • Billing: currency, setup and recurring fees, included usage, measurement and rounding, overages, taxes, payment timing and separately authorized recurring payment method. If charging per confirmed order, define billable events and exceptions.
  • Term: initial term, explicit renewal basis, cancellation notice, approved third-party commitments and any expressly agreed early termination provisions.
  • Ordering safeguards: menu owner, confirmation event, POS delivery checks, fallback channel, allergy escalation, payment processor and refund responsibilities.
